You must be of legal age in your locality to purchase alcohol. We process and ship your order very quickly, however we cannot be responsible to delays caused by your country's Postal System. Refunds Policy Refunds will be dealt with promptly. If you actually received the product (which can be confirmed through EMS tracking), then you may return the unopened product to us for a full refund. If you did not ever receive the product (which can also be confirmed through EMS tracking), then we will ship a replacement to you after allowing the Post reasonable time to make the first delivery.
